According to the CDC, an estimated 20% of U. S. high school students smoke cigarettes and each day 3,900 young people between the ages of 12 and 17 smoke their first cigarette while an estimated 1,000 youth become daily cigarette smokers.

Children’s Dental Care Opens at the Neighborhood Union Health Center in Northwest Atlanta - services available on the fourth Friday of each month

Comprehensive children’s dental services such as exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, nerve treatments, extractions, stainless steel crowns and sealants will be offered every fourth Friday, by appointment. NUHC accepts Medicaid.
