On June 16, 2010, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved $380,000 to purchase land to expand and improve the existing Adamsville Health Center.
Fulton County is one of six Georgia Counties that received NaCo Achievement Awards on Friday, July 18, 2010, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Washoe, Nevada. Out of the six counties recognized by NaCo, Fulton claimed the most awards winning four out of eleven honors.
